Virtual events take some collaboration! Once you book with us, we'll send you a questionnaire where we ask for all your design requests, event details, brand guidelines, and any logos or graphics you may want us to include in your virtual booth. The more info and details you provide us, the better we’ll be able to create an experience that both compliments your event and reinforces overall goals for the event.
DESIGN INFORMATION WE WILL NEED
Here is some of the things we’ll need from you to create the virtual booth experience:
1. What is the general purpose of the event, what are the goals you hope to achieve and what are the main messages you intend for attendees to take away from the event
2. We’ll need any relevant graphics and logos in the correct formats! *Please note that we need graphics with transparent backgrounds, ideally provided in PSD (photoshop) or PNG format! If you’re unsure, someone in design or marketing may have the graphics in the proper format
3. Event and brand guidelines whenever possible
Links or screenshots of your event website as well as any other web links and email addresses you want shared with attendees
4. Event design boards and other images that represent the look and feel your envision. Sometimes pictures just speak a thousand words :)
5. Any specific events or brand colors you want us to use. Please provide in the six digit Hex format (#ABC123) when possible
6. Do you have specific font(s) for us to use on the image frame overlay? If so, please send us the font file for that
